Free, natural, rewilding movement is something we are both passionate about, and between the 2 of us, we have 40 years of teaching experience in this field. We actually began our relationship with several play dates to share our various natural movement practices! (So fun!!) About the class:
In this 10-week video-based series, we will go on a deep journey together into reconnecting and rewilding our bodies. You’ll learn to unwind core tension, stress, and holding patterns by remembering your wild and animal self. (YAY!!) Drawing on movement traditions from around the world including Animal Forms, Internal Martial Arts, Qigong, Earthgym, and Flow Arts, Nate Summers and I will teach you/help you remember to be wild and free in your own body! (Double YAY!!) Rediscover your own primal vitality.
By the end of the course, you will have a core set of exercises and exercise routines that can be integrated into any lifestyle.

Nate Summers, M.Ac. is the author of Primal: Why We Long to Be Wild and Free and Awakening Fire. He has been a survival skills instructor, martial arts teacher, and natural movement instructor for over 20 years. Nate is a 3rd-generation disciple in the Hunyuan Taijiquan lineage, and is a 20th-generation lineage holder in Chen-style Taijiquan. He served as the primary Animal Forms and Natural Movement teacher at the Wilderness Awareness School for over a decade. Nate’s teachers and mentor include Harrison Moretz/Zhi Cheng (founder and director of the Taoist Studies Institute), Jon Young, Mick Dodge, and Scott Sonnon.
