Yay! I’m excited!! My husband Nate and I have been invited by 8 Shields Institute to offer a free webinar on Wednesday July 1st at 11am PST, entitled Rewilding Our Bodies.
In this free 90-minute webinar, the two of us will share creative, fun, and easy ways to unlock the core patterns of tension and stress in your body. (So good!! :))
As we’ve all faced challenges in this pandemic, changes in our life during lockdown, and even more screen time…our bodies are most likely crying out to move, express themselves, and remember what it means to be free.
We will look at and discuss the primary causes of stress, tension, and dis-ease that our modern, high-powered yet sedentary lifestyle creates, and then we will reveal multiple movement exercises to release these areas and feel free and effortless in our bodies again.
Nate and I have been doing these kinds of useful, inspiring and playful classes together now for over 5 years, and between the two of them they have a combined 40 years of teaching movement practices designed to Rewild Our Bodies.
This webinar will be a free introduction to our upcoming 10-week series that will take you on an epic journey through the world of Animal Forms, Internal Martial Arts, Earthgym, Flow Arts, Mobility, and Qigong as we dive deeply into rediscovering our natural wildness and vitality! YAY!!!
Join us for a fun, fluid, freeing time of play, discussion, movement, and excitement. You will take home multiple, easy to integrate practices that will also serve as the foundation for our upcoming 10-week class.
We are excited to see you and feel the flow and play together!
