Qigong for Nourishing Our Roots

This is a Women’s Nourishing Qigong Class focusing on Winter into Spring Nourishment and nourishing our roots through a variety of Qigong practices. Some of the practices include Ba Duan Jin – the Eight Brocades – which strengthens the body and opens the meridians, Big Tree (Da Shu Gong 大樹功) – which gathers large amounts of Qi from the Earth and Sky, and a sampler from the Hun Yuan Gong/Taiji system, which builds and nourishes the deepest foundational layers of the body Qi.
Classes are Mondays at 10:30a PT, and include ~75-85 mins of practice time plus 15-25 mins for instruction, Q&A and shared reflections, concluding by 12:15pm. Each class will be recorded and available for viewing. Classes are online via Zoom, January 22 – March 4, 2023 – no class on Monday, February 19.
