Qigong with Trees ~ Earthgym! 3-Class Series on Zoom

Feeling restless with the COVID lockdowns? Ready to move your body and fill your tissues with the bubbling Joy, fragrances, beauty and exquisite new life of Spring? If so, you’re in the right place!! Join me in my first-ever online Qigong with Trees ~ Earthgym class.

 

This will be a natural pick-me-up and you can do it from anywhere!! You can join from your backyard, balcony, porch, patio, or even your apartment with your windows open! 🙂 To prepare for class, just gather two stones of equal weight, one heavy stone (that takes two hands to lift) and a good stick that can support your weight before class. 🙂 If you don’t have stones or sticks available to collect, you can gather two equally weighted things from your home and one heavy thing that takes two hand to lift. And if you have a broom, you can use that as your stick! 🙂

 

This class is high on the joy factor and is guaranteed to have you feeling better from the inside out. We’ll do a fun and refreshing Qigong warm up and then dive into the primal, practical and playful training with Sticks & Stones! 🙂 And some barefooting too :)!
